Berkeley Art Museum Saturday, November 10th, St. Louis 1-Day Workshop Middendorf Breath Work is one of today's leading somatic practices and is unique in its approach to support balance and healing through breath. All levels of our being are given life through our breath, thus every aspect of our life is reflected through the breath. This practice promotes a conscious experience of breath, free from control, restriction, or manipulation and supports clients in consciously participating with the experience of their natural breath. The natural breath is a breath that comes and goes on its own and offers a path for integrating emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Clients benefit from this practice by reconnecting with their own resources and learning to participate ‘consciously with’ the natural breath. Through this practice they will find a core of health, unity, & clarity that nurtures well-being and wholeness.
