In the Middendorf Breathwork, we use the sensation of the movement of breath as a guide into our experience of natural breath. We do this through two modes of practice: Breath Dialogue and Breath & Movement. It is through the sensation of the movement of breath that balancing, healing, and learning about our self begin in this practice. By sensing the movement of our breath in each breath cycle, we connect with an essence within ourselves that can help direct and lead us in our discovery of self. Breath becomes both our teacher and our healer.
